How to enter your family contact information
Each school has a unique registration page for their account. Most of our customers post a registration link on their PTO or PTA website. Check to see if your school has a registration link posted on their PTO or PTA website.
If you don't find a registration link, reach out to your PTO or PTA directory coordinator to ask how you should proceed.
Entry: Once you've got that link, follow the steps on the form. It will first ask for your name and email to see if you're already in the system. If so, you'll be prompted to receive a confirmation email. If not, proceed to add the information you wish.
Acceptance: For security, all data entered must be accepted by the account administrator. Once they've accepted your entry, you can then receive email and access to the parent portal if allowed.
